WHX Miami 2026 (formerly FIME)—the largest medical trade fair in the U.S. and Latin America—will take place June 17–19, 2026, at the Miami Beach Convention Center. The event brings together over 12,000 healthcare professionals and 1,200+ manufacturers to showcase cutting edge medical devices, diagnostics, and technologies shaping the future of healthcare across the Americas.

The U.S. Commercial Service has partnered with WHX Miami 2026 through the International Trade Administration’s TEMS program to expand the event’s international reach. As part of this collaboration, the U.S. Commercial Service is promoting WHX Miami 2026 to U.S. companies interested in exhibiting or attending, as well as to foreign buyers seeking to connect with American suppliers at the show. This effort supports the broader goal of increasing U.S. exports of medical technologies.
